Health Tip: Drink Water with Lemon
One of my favorite ways to start off my morning is by simply drinking warm water with lemon. It is a great way to kick-start your metabolism as well as help with digestion, boost your immune system, and decrease food cravings. To get maximum results, squeeze a whole lemon in half a cup of warm water and drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It is important to begin your day with something soothing to your system. Drinking a nice cup of warm water with lemon is also the perfect replacement for coffee, for those of you that want to lose your morning coffee habit!
